The "Board User" feature allows administrators to manage user access and permissions for the dashboard. Below are instructions on how to effectively use this feature:

  1. Accessing the Board User Feature:

    • Log in to the system using your credentials.

    • Navigate to the dashboard or admin panel where the board user management interface is accessible.

  2. Viewing Existing Board Users:

    • Upon accessing the "Board User" interface, users will see a list of existing board users along with their details.

    • Each board user entry displays information such as the dashboard, username, default status, role, and inactive status.

    • Users can browse through the list to view all available board users and their respective details.

  3. Searching for Board Users:

    • Users can utilize the search functionality to find specific board users quickly, especially if there are numerous users in the system.

    • Enter relevant keywords or criteria in the search bar to filter the users based on the entered parameters.

    • Click on the "SEARCH" button to execute the search and display the filtered results.

  4. Resetting Search Filters:

    • To clear any applied search filters and reset the board user list to its default state, click on the "RESET" button.

  5. Adding New Board Users:

    • If administrators need to add a new board user to the dashboard, they can click on the "ADD" button.

    • This action will open the "Board User Add" interface, where administrators can input details such as the dashboard, username, default status, role, and inactive status.

    • After entering the required information, administrators can click on the "SAVE" button to add the new board user.

  6. Editing Existing Board Users:

    • Administrators can edit the details of existing board users by clicking on the "Edit" button next to the respective user entry.

    • This action opens the "Board User Edit" interface, where administrators can modify the user details as needed.

    • After making the necessary changes, administrators can click on the "SAVE" button to update the board user.

  7. Deleting Board Users:

    • To remove a board user from the dashboard, administrators can click on the "Delete" button next to the respective user entry.

    • A confirmation prompt may appear to confirm the deletion. Proceed accordingly based on the administrator's intent.

By following these instructions, administrators can effectively manage user access and permissions for the dashboard using the "Board User" feature.
