Note: This table represents the list of existing fees types in the system.

SEARCH: Allows users to search for specific fee types based on their attributes.

RESET: Resets the search filters and displays the default list of fees types.

ADD: Opens a form to add a new fees type.

Pagination Controls: Allow users to navigate through multiple pages of fees types.

CSV: Option to export the fees types list as a CSV file.

Actions:

• Edit: Allows users to modify the details of a fees type.

• Delete: Permanently removes the fees type from the system.

• History: Provides a log of historical changes made to the fees type.

Note: The "History" action may not be available in all systems, depending on configuration and permissions.
