Union List

Accessing the Union List:

1. Navigate to the "Union" or "Labor Union" section in the application menu.

2. Click on the "Union List" or similar option to access the list of registered labor unions.

Using the Union List:

1. Search and Filter:

   • Utilize the search bar to find specific unions by entering their name, registration year, registration number, address, or status.

   • Reset the search criteria by clicking on the "RESET" button.

2. Pagination:

   • Navigate through multiple pages of union data using the pagination controls located at the bottom of the list.

3. Adding a New Union:

   • Click on the "ADD" button to add a new labor union to the system.

4. Viewing Union Details:

   • Click on a union name to view its detailed information.

   • Union details include registration year, registration number, address, contact information (phone number, email), type of union, total male executive committee members, next return submission date, total executive committee members, male union members, female union members, total union members, and status.

5. Editing Union Details:

   • Click on the "Edit" button to modify the details of a union as needed.

6. Exporting Data:

   • Export the union list data in CSV format by clicking on the "CSV" button.

   • This allows you to analyze union information further or generate reports as needed.
