National Federation Add

Country: Users specify the country to which the national federation belongs.
National Federation Name: Input field for the name of the national federation.
Contact Person Name: Name of the primary contact person associated with the national federation.
Contact Person Phone: Phone number of the primary contact person.
Contact Person Email: Email address of the primary contact person.
Additional Contact Person Name: Name of any additional contact person associated with the national federation.
Additional Contact Person Phone: Phone number of the additional contact person.
Additional Contact Person Email: Email address of the additional contact person.
Sector Covered: Description of the sectors covered by the national federation.
Total Male: Number of male members represented by the national federation.
Total Female: Number of female members represented by the national federation.
Total: Total number of members represented by the national federation.
SAVE: Button to save the details of the national federation.
CANCEL: Button to cancel the operation and return to the previous screen.
