Url Control
URL Control allows administrators to manage access to specific URLs or pages within the system based on user groups. Here's how to use URL Control effectively:

Accessing URL Control:
Log in to the system with administrative credentials.
Navigate to the URL Control section or dashboard.
Understanding URL Control Fields:
Code: A unique identifier for the URL control entry.
Name: A descriptive name for the URL control entry.
URL: The specific URL or page path being controlled.
User Group: The user group or role to which this URL control applies.
Inactive: Indicates whether the URL control entry is active or inactive.
Searching and Filtering:
Utilize the search and filter options to quickly locate specific URL control entries.
You can search by code, name, URL, or user group to narrow down the results.
Adding a New URL Control Entry:
Click on the "ADD" button to create a new URL control entry.
Fill in the required fields such as code, name, URL, and user group.
Specify whether the entry is active or inactive.
Editing Existing URL Control Entries:
Locate the URL control entry you wish to edit from the list.
Click on the "Edit" option corresponding to the entry.
Update the fields as necessary, such as changing the URL or user group.
Save the changes once you're done.
Activating or Deactivating Entries:
To deactivate a URL control entry, toggle the "Inactive" option to "Yes".
Deactivating an entry restricts access to the associated URL for the specified user group.
Deleting Entries:
Use caution when deleting URL control entries as it may affect user access.
Consider deactivating entries instead of deleting them if you're unsure.
Testing Access:
After making changes to URL control entries, test user access to the associated URLs to ensure the settings are applied correctly.
Documentation and Auditing:
Maintain documentation of URL control settings for reference and auditing purposes.
Include details such as the date of modification and the administrator who made the changes.
By following these steps, administrators can effectively manage access to specific URLs or pages within the system, ensuring that users have appropriate access permissions based on their roles or user groups.
