Click on the "Add Factory" or similar button to access the Factory Add Form.
Using the Factory Add Form:
Factory Details:
Enter the basic details of the factory, including its name, sector, registration year, registered address, contact information (fax, phone number, mobile number, email), TIN number, BIN number, EXP number, IMP number, trade license number, website, factory address, and corporate office address.
Specify the total employee count, total male and female employees, and total worker count.
Export Details:
Provide information about the factory's export activities, including export type and countries.
Association Details:
Indicate whether the factory is a member of any association, the type of membership (individual or association), and the membership number.
Owner Details:
Enter the owner's name, designation, phone number, and email address.
Contact Person Details:
Provide details about the primary contact person for the factory, including name, designation, phone number, and email address.
Additional Contact Person Details:
If applicable, enter information about additional contact persons, including their name, designation, phone number, and email address.
Compliance Officer:
Specify the compliance officer's name, designation, phone number, and email address.
Machineries Details:
List the machineries present in the factory, along with their production capacity and monthly production capacity.
Related Informations:
Enter any additional related information about the factory.
File Attachments:
Attach any relevant files or documents related to the factory, such as licenses, certificates, or reports.
Factory Safety Committee Details:
If applicable, provide information about the factory's safety committee members, including their name, designation, phone number, and email address.

Factory First Aider Committee Details, Factory Fire Fighting Committee Details, Factory Rescue Committee Details:
Similarly, provide details for these committees if they exist in the factory.

Saving and Cancelling:
Once you have entered all the required details, click on the "SAVE" button to save the factory information.
